Hi, I'm Helen,

 

Through My Admin Assist I provide administrative support for Allied Health Professionals to get them more hours in the day, reduce burnout, and focus on what they are highly skilled at...  helping others.

I have run my own service and product based small businesses for more than 25 years and during that time I made sure I upskilled at every opportunity working my way up from a Cert IV in Small Business Administration/Management to a Diploma in Business and Diploma in Small Business Management.


I now offer skilled administrative support to small businesses to benefit from my 25+ years experience and am committed to helping you streamline your administrative tasks, so you can focus on delivering quality care to your clients.

Experienced with Cliniko, Studio Ninja, 17 Hats, Tyro, Xero, QuickBooks and more. (I love a good CRM and learn them quickly!)

In-depth knowledge of NDIA/NDIS, Private Health, Medicare services.

Experience managing social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. l can help you make the most of these platforms to increase in engagement, increase your professional standing and advertise your services and programs to increase revenue and profitability.
