Casual

Let me know at the beginning of the week what you need me to do for you the week ahead, and I will get it done. If it is not time sensitive this is perfect for you.

Billed in half-hour increments, I will work diligently, get your set tasks completed in a timely manner, keeping you up to date in real-time where each task is at so you know exactly what's happening and the cost.

No surprises.

Pre-booked hours

Want me available during specific hours for specific tasks?

Pre-book the hours and day you want me on board, and I'm on it.

I will work on tasks during those hours to completion.

This is perfect for you to know exactly what your spend will be, but allowing you to be flexible if and when needed.

Capped at what you want to spend. If tasks are not complete, they can be rolled over to next week or you can tie them up yourself.

Flexible

Need some flexibility but need to know your exact spend... this is the best of both worlds.

Pre-book a number of hours, basic tasks are done each week... I will be available for a 15 minute chat each day to give me extra tasks for the day/week

e.g. You've booked 6 hours per week.. but don't mind when the work is done. I spend half an hour each morning, midday and afternoon responding to emails, invoicing/reconciliation ( 1.5 hours each day)

At the end of the day you have handful of unexpected FCA's, reports or initial assessments to do over the coming weeks. I can now send out the required forms, communications and adjust your schedule to accommodate for these.... giving you more time to get on with therapies without having to chase forms, clients etc.
